Named for the love of her two daughters, "The Coffey Girls’ Coffee Cakes” is a series of gourmet coffee cakes and curated by Chef Lisa “Coffey”-Shaw.

Lisa has enjoyed baking coffee cakes for friends and family using a recipe that has been in the Coffey-Shaw family for more than 10 years.

In the spring of 2019, Lisa gifted her signature Butter Pecan Coffee Cake to a new business in the neighborhood.

The owner loved the cake so much that they ended up becoming the first customer to help launch “The Coffey Girls’ Coffey Cake" into the wholesale baking scene.

Since launching “The Coffey Girls’ Coffey Cake,” Lisa enjoys creating new coffee cake flavors like, Pistachio Cardamom, Chocolate Espresso, Rosé All Day and Blueberry Prosecco, and the list keeps growing!

In addition to these delicious coffee cakes, Lisa has decided to add other baked good options by incorporating some of her family’s recipes that go back two generations.

She hopes to continue the legacy and pass down a third generation of recipes to her daughters and their children for years to come.
